Mahroo and I love our clients. Seriously, as cliche` as it sounds, we really do. We have met some amazing couples throughout our journey and have come to get to know a lot of them on a very personal level. We get to see them subtly smile at warm moments, cry out of nervousness, and gather up the confidence they need to get through their beautiful day. We’re the two people they spend the most time with during their wedding – yes, more than even their parents and siblings.
Our clients are one of the main reasons we have come this far. They love our work enough to choose us over many others. They love our personalities enough to have us as a part of their lives long after the wedding is finished and the products have been delivered. They love us enough to refer us to their family and friends. All of this, we are grateful for. To show our appreciation, we were discussing ways to take our packaging to the next level for our 2010 clients. That’s when I had a brilliant epiphany…
