We shot the first two days of this wedding – the mehndi and shadi – in Long Island and the last day in northern Virginia. There are so many great pictures from this set, but for the sake of bandwidth, I narrowed it down to the following images. Check out some of our favorites:

This was an American Palestinian wedding with two days of events and probably one of my most favorite western style weddings I’ve had the pleasure of shooting. Originally we had planned on doing the couple’s session around downtown Raleigh, but due to a street concert that closed off roads and shifts in scheduling that didn’t allow for use of the hotel lobby, we had to make the hotel room really count. I’m still going through the great set of pictures Mahroo and I took, but here are a few of our favorites:

We covered Shayerah and Farhan’s couple’s session back in June and loved working with them. We were really excited about their wedding and it was wonderful to finally get to cover it. The wedding was a four day event with the Holud (Bengali equivalent of a Mehndi) and Shadi being in Greensboro. The Walima and official post-wedding family brunch were held the weekend after in Augusta. Here are some of the pictures we really liked from each day…
