Today was Rayaan’s first birthday/aqiqa party and Mahroo and I had a great time covering it. This cake was seriously better than a LOT of wedding cakes I’ve had – props to Hanadi, the amazing artist and baker behind Asali Desserts. Here are a few pictures of the big guy and his event…
