Sometimes so many memories are brought back by just going through old snapshots. Whether it is for calibrating lights, checking exposure, or scoping out an angle, test shots have become a nice documentary of the whole team.
Here’s one of me as we were testing out a video-light:
And here are a few of Mahroo helping me figure out how I want the cross lighting angles, posing with our trusty light stick, and helping me brainstorm a posed composition while we waited for the client to show up.

This guy was amazed by David’s SteadyCam setup… seriously, REALLY amazed. All he wanted was a picture holding a weightless camera. I don’t know why, but how could we say no to him? He’s wearing an orange turban.
